With less than a year of tournament play to her name (at this point), Liz Lieu has already established herself as a serious contender on the professional poker tour. Liz made her competitive debut at the 2005 World Series of Poker. There she took 5th place in the first public event of that series, and stunned onlookers by winning $169,500.

Liz was born in Vietnam, and raised in Colorado. She now resides in Los Angeles, and can regularly be found playing $400-$800 at her two favored venues - LA Commerce and the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas.
