Shannon is picking up Texas Holdem rather quickly. Appearing at the Celebrity Poker Showdown, she went out right after Coolio, but in their defense they were paired against two highly skilled players in Paul Rudd and Sarah Silverman. Though we may not be seeing her on the WPT circuit anytime soon, you never really know. In fact, Shannon recently won $54,000 at Nicky Hilton's New Years poker tourny in Las Vegas at Ceasars' Palace new poker room.

Shannon began her career as a model (shocking!) before appearing in a few smaller movie parts, but it was her role as sexy exchange student Nadia that really brought her into the nation's consciousness. She followed this up with appearances in "American Pie 2," "Scary Movie" with James Woods, and "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back," among others. Suffice to say, she's every guys fantasy.
