Tierney was the second winner of the Celebrity
Poker Showdown, defeating all comers including
Lauren
Graham, Rosario Dawson, Dulé Hill and
Michael Ian Black to take the $100,000 charity
pot.
Maura is most well-known
for her role as Abby Lockhart on ER,
for which she didn’t even audition. Before
that, however, she’s had quite a busy career,
starring as Lisa in NewsRadio (ironically,
her co-star on that series, Dave Foley, is the
co-host of the Celebrity Poker Showdown), and
the movies Insomnia, Instinct,
Primary Colors, Liar Liar, and
the Linguini Incident.
