Alright just like what I’ve promised, I’m bringing you my blog about beauty queen-turned-poker player Krisztina Polgar.
Honestly, she’s not really a poker shark, but the minute I saw her pictures, I told myself...“Whoa! I never knew poker was so hot like Krizstina!” This Hungarian FHM model can combine her stunning looks with her poker prowess to create a lethal strategy that can finish off her opponents.
For years, Krisztina has been working her way up to some modeling projects and beauty pageants in her home country. After successfully winning the Miss Earth Hungary crown in 2008, she turned her focus to a completely different competition. The Hungarian model entered the live poker scene and proved that even women like her can melt the tables with her charisma and winning skills.
Krisztina finds herself interested in playing No Limit Hold’em competitions. She does have several cash-ins in poker events; the biggest one was in the 2010 People’s Poker Tour in Budapest. She earned the fourth spot and took home €17,572 ($20,995). Hmm…not bad at all :) And oh, Krisztina also participated in last year’s World Series of Poker event. Sad to say that she didn’t last long in the tournament and was eliminated on Day 1C, but I heard she did a great job railing her boyfriend Daniel Negreanu. Yea, i said her boyfriend... go figure. Guess she likes his mad poker skills.
Oh well, I know you’re all waiting to hear it, so I bring to you Krisztina Polgar’s winning strategy! Krisztina admits in an interview with a Hungarian-based magazine that sometimes she likes to dress provocatively just to distract her opponents, especially the male players. Jeez, how I wish I was as sexy as her! Ha-ha!
Hmm...I think I’ve heard this strategy before from all those hollywoodpoker girls claiming to have mad poker skills... So note to self... buy sexy dress, push up bra, and bleach hair blonde :)
